Does HiDoq provide a Business Associates Agreement?

Yes. Our platform was custom built for health providers and compliance with HIPAA. As part of that, we provide a Business Associates Agreement (BAA). As HIPAA is a US regulation, this only applies to users in the USA.

To set up and access your BAA:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the Settings Menu (tap on your name - top right of the screen).
3. Select Agreements.
4. See the HIPAA BAA section.

If you have not already done so, you will be able to set up a BAA. Aside from reading it, it will take you 30 seconds!
