Why can't I see the video?

Here are the usual reasons:

• The other side's camera is off Ask them to switch on their camera. It is one of the buttons at the bottom of their screen.
• The other side hasn't given their device permission to use their camera Ask them to give our site the necessary permissions (i.e. camera and microphone). Here are instructions for each of the major browsers:
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Edge
  • Safari
