  • If you need more than 30 providers for your clinic, please contact us.
  • Clinics cannot have some providers using an Unlimited Plan and some using Prepaid Packs. It is one or the other for all providers.
  • An Unlimited Plan can be cancelled at any time. You will be credited for the remainder of you plan (pro-rata).
  • Clinic Admins count as a "provider". They can conduct consultations as a provider.
  • You can increase and decrease the number of providers in a Clinic Unlimited Plan. (The amount payable will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.)
  • Prepaid Packs allow you to pay-as-you-go. You can top-up at any time.
  • Credits from Prepaid Packs expire after 12-months. If you top-up your account, the expiry for all credits will be extended for another 12-months.
